The following items are needed to complete a rent to own contract:

1. Valid drivers license
2. Valid towing vehicle registration
3. Current utility bill within 60 days - electric, water, gas, sewage, internet, cable, cell phone all qualify
4. (2) most recent pay stubs or full bank stmt within 60 days
